Your life-changing impact

Your impact:  Paul Bovington (above) found hope from our stroke services; while (below) a revolutionary pancreatitis procedure under Professor Toby Coates helped Chelsea Halloway live a normal life.

When you support The Hospital Research Foundation Home Lottery, you are having a life-changing impact on patients right across South Australia.

You’re having an impact in more than 50 areas of medical research and patient care, including cancer, heart disease, stroke, dementia, mental health and so much more.

This impact is real. Just ask Paul Bovington, who suffered a devastating stroke while running a parkrun six years ago.

Now well into his recovery, he has found hope from The Hospital Research Foundation Group’s stroke services which, in his own words, has “given me purpose” again.

The impact is also real for someone like Chelsea Halloway who lived with painful pancreatitis for much of her childhood and adolescence.

Often in hospital and unable to live like a normal kid, a revolutionary procedure under Professor Toby Coates, supported by The Hospital Research Foundation Group, helped Chelsea to “absolutely flip my life around.” Now, she’s a mum and living life to the fullest. Your ticket purchases made that possible!
Thank you for your ongoing support to change lives.
